Got education from Sanger School Kohat and G.H.S No.1 High school Kohat during the time of Sahib Zada Abdul Qadir Khan, Mustafa Khan and Mian Shoukat Mehmood, the senior educators.
Start employment:
His first selection was made in Air scout during the British era, ten scouts batch were sent to Dirge road Karachi for the glider training at the time of British C.N.C ‘H. Early’ under the supervision of pilot Officer Mr. Afzal. Scouts named included, Shiekh Muzaffar Iqbal, Jafar, Sharon, Gul Mast, and Naqib Ullah
The training was conducted and sponsored in the British Era by the Royal Air Force at Maleer cant, Karachi Pakistan. Than after he join Pakistan Air Force and became the commander of his platoon at Kohat air base. Naqib Ullah was famous in the name of kapal Ullah, enjoy his career but did not continue left his service and joined education department of N.W.F.P
Career:
During education he was the scout Master. During scouts jubilees and tours tribal scouts’ tour of West Pakistan under the supervision and command of Naqib Ullah, scouts meat with the President of Pakistan Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan at Rawalpindi Presidency. Scouts also visited Lahore and met with the Governor, Amir Muhammad Khan, of Kala Bagh.
Attached with National gourd and rank was awarded as Subaidar.
Master Naqib Ullah, was also a football player, a scout master, and a fire officer. Qualified many fire prevention courses. After retirement N.W.F.P he remained attached with Froebles International School Islamabad for more than 15 years. He stayed in Marjan Public School, Hamdard Public School, and Science College and School Islamabad. Many of his students reached even higher heights and served the nation.
Educator:
He was among one of the founders of the Kohat comprehensive high school (in the building of old Islamia high school) with Muhammad Arif Bangash. He served during his life in Bund Khula, G.H.S No.1, Comprehensive High School, Ziarat Sheikh Allah Dad, Ladha (Waziristan), Landi Kotal (Kurram Agency) Shabqadar (Khyber Agency) Subhan Khuwar (Khyber Agency) Raisalpur, Akhurwal, Dara Adam Khail, Akhur wal (Kohat pass) and G.H.S No. 4 Kohat
